Filipino-British model Christina Nadin just made her Victoria's Secret Fashion Show debut.
Christina Nadin made history as she became the second Filipina ever to walk the runway of the popular Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
The Filipino-British model made her Victoria's Secret runway debut during the PINK Halftime Show on October 18 (October 19 in Manila) at Sony Pictures Studio in California.
Christina confidently walked the runway dressed in a bright pink bra top with sparkly heart details, a silver metallic jacket, paired with embellished flared pants, and silver waist jewelry. She completed the look with chunky heart accessories like earrings and necklace.
Hours before the show, Christina also revealed the news on her Instagram.
In one of the videos she posted, Christina excitedly said, “I'm walking the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.”
She also posted a photo of herself and a cake with a text that read, “Congrats, VS Angel!”
Christina is the second Filipina to walk at the iconic fashion show, following Filipino-American model Kelsey Merrit who made history as the first Filipina to walk at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2018.
Pasarela coach Ian Mendajar, meanwhile, is grateful to be part of Christina's journey as her runway coach.
In an Instagram post, Ian said, “My 1st ever KEMBOT ANGEL! From virtual sessions to in-person training to the Victoria's Secret runway. So grateful to be part of this journey! Congratulations, Christina! Mabuhay ka, Magayon!”
